Jacklyn Biggin

Jacklyn Biggin is a Developer Relations Lead at Voiceflow since November 2024, specializing in education, YouTube, and technical documentation through instructional design and video production. Previously, Jacklyn served as a Developer Advocate for WooCommerce at Automattic, where new documentation was launched, and support for developers was provided. At Autocode, as Developer Relations Lead, Jacklyn created instructional videos that garnered significant engagement on YouTube and significantly increased the Discord community. Jacklyn has also coached at over 50 hackathons for Major League Hacking, promoting technical products to a large student audience. Additionally, as a Senior Developer at RBC, Jacklyn spearheaded education initiatives for OpenShift and received recognition through awards for innovation and mentorship. Jacklyn is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Experience Innovation at the University of Waterloo after earning a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media from the University of Leeds.
