Leslie Chard

Leslie Chard is a seasoned legal executive and advisor with extensive experience in technology and business law. Currently on sabbatical since May 2023, Leslie has previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President at InVision, overseeing legal, compliance, and security functions. Leslie holds advisory roles at Voiceflow and TactoTek Inc., and is a founding member of TechGC, a community for General Counsels. Prior to InVision, Leslie was an attorney at the Law Offices of Leslie Chard, providing legal services to tech companies, and held leadership positions at WHDI LLC and HDMI Licensing, LLC, contributing to the establishment of critical technology standards. Leslie earned a BA in Mathematics at Wesleyan University and a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
