Peter Isaacs

Peter Isaacs has a diverse work experience in creative and communication roles. Peter currently works as a Senior Conversation Design Advocate at Voiceflow, starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they were a Creative Director at Cloud Cuckoo Island, a cocktail start-up, where they developed unique stories and cocktail concepts. From 2020 to 2023, Peter worked as a Conversation Designer at WooliesX, focusing on conversation design. Peter also worked as a Copywriter (Contract) at RXP Group from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they were self-employed as a Social & Content Creative Freelancer and worked with AKQA as a Freelance Copywriter. Peter also worked as a Freelance Copywriter at Redhanded Agency and as a Conversation Designer at Telstra. Additionally, Peter has experience as a Freelance Content Creator at RACV and as a Social/Digital Creative and Junior Community and Social Insights Manager at Impero, where they worked with notable clients and managed various creative tasks.

Peter Isaacs completed a User Experience Design course at Academy Xi in the year 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising from RMIT University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In September 2020, Peter also obtained a certification in "Miracles of Human Language: An Introduction to Linguistics" from Coursera.
