Rob Hayes

Rob Hayes is the VP of Product at Voiceflow. Prior to joining Voiceflow, Rob was the Head of Product (Interim) at Ada Inc, where they worked with the CEO and organization to implement Product Strategy and Product Development processes. Rob also onboarded and mentored their first PM. Rob has also founded their own company, Foundation PM, where they work with CEOs/CTOs at early-stage and growth startups to scale their company's Product Management practice.

Rob Hayes completed their undergraduate degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in English and Global Studies. Rob then went on to complete an exchange program at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in the International School for Humanities and Social Sciences.

Rob Hayes reports to Braden Ream, CEO. Rob Hayes works with Tara Panu - VP, Marketing, Adam Loo - Head of Legal, and Teddie Straughn - VP, Revenue.
