Luis M. is a seasoned QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in leading quality assurance efforts in multinational teams. Currently serving as QA Lead at Voicemod since January 2022, Luis M. oversees the QA processes for a leading AI voice software. Previously, Luis M. was part of the QA Automation team at Solera Global Data & Content from November 2018 to January 2022, where involvement in a big data project included close collaboration with a SCRUM development team. Before that, positions held at Softtek from May 2016 to November 2018 and Gfi España from March 2012 to May 2016 involved IT consulting and quality assurance for various clients, emphasizing troubleshooting and cooperation within SCRUM teams.
