Mihir Pathak

Mihir Pathak, Ph.D., serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Tech Alumni Association and is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pathak Ventures, which involves various board, advisory, coaching, consulting, and investment roles with multiple companies. Currently, Mihir holds positions as a Board Member at the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering and as an Official Member of the Forbes Business Council. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Mayvenn, EVP of Strategy and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Stack Overflow, and roles with NASA and The White House. Mihir earned a Ph.D., Master’s, and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
