Nathan Short

Nathan Short is a seasoned audio professional with extensive experience in sound design and technical management, currently serving as Technical Lead - North America at VOID Acoustics Research Ltd. since March 2016. With a robust background in freelance sound engineering since 2001, Nathan has provided services for numerous bands and consulted for major audio brands. Experience includes roles as System Designer and Engineer at Frequency Audio Chicago, Head System Designer at AIS Chicago, and FOH roles at Technotrix. Nathan began a career in audio at the House of Blues, where hands-on experience was gained in a fast-paced environment. Educational background includes studies in Audio Arts and Acoustics at Columbia College Chicago and Studio Engineering at Greenville University.
