Chief Technology Officer at VOID Technologies

Peter Schulz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at VOID Technologies since July 2020. Prior to this, Peter had a long tenure at Dow, where they held various roles. From January 2014 to July 2020, they served as a Sr. R&D Leader at the Materials Engineering Center, leading a team of engineers and designers in developing plastics products and polymer solutions across multiple sectors. Before that, Peter was a Research Scientist in Materials Science & Engineering from August 2011 to January 2014, where they worked on delivering new product solutions for industrial water filtration modules and polyurethane dispensing technology. From October 2007 to July 2011, they worked as an Associate Scientist at Dow Building Solutions, responsible for a $70 million polyurethane spray foam portfolio and led compliance testing and standards development. Peter began their career at The Dow Chemical Company as an Engineering Co-op from January 2001 to July 2004.

Peter Schulz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. Peter then pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Peter Schulz also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which they obtained from The Dow Chemical Company in December 2015.
