Michael Barson has an extensive work history in the technology industry. Michael started their career in 2005 as a Team Lead Manager for Tier 2 Technical Support and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Vonage, where they provided exceptional customer service and trained outsourced call centers. Michael then worked as a Customer Engineer and SME at Commvault, where they provided technical support for data storage and recovery.

Michael also obtained certifications in CommVault Administrator, CommVault Engineer, and CommVault Support from Commvault in 2007 and 2012.
