Fernando Silva

Fernando Silva has a wealth of experience in the IT infrastructure field. Fernando began their career at Sonda IT, where they worked as an Analyst of TI, responsible for server monitoring, Active Directory management, VMware Vcenter Server management, and basic SQL Server database maintenance. Fernando also participated in various migration and disaster recovery projects.

From 2013 to 2021, Fernando worked at RISC Services, first as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst, focusing on VMware solutions including VMware Horizon, App volumes, and VMware vRealize Operations Manager. Fernando then transitioned to the role of IT Infrastructure Specialist, where they administered key IT infrastructure solutions such as EMC Storage, Blades CISCO and HP, Active Directory, and DNS.

In 2021, Fernando joined Think IT as a Solutions Architect, before moving on to Voiter, where they currently hold the position of Head of Infrastructure, overseeing data center, ITSM, and cyber security operations.
