Ben Fairweather

Ben Fairweather currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Voith Group since May 2023 and previously held the position of Engineering Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Ben was the Manager of Procurement at Resolute Forest Products from December 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Project Engineer at Voith Group between March 2020 and December 2021. Earlier roles include Head of Operations and Procurement at Midwest Paper Group and Vice President of Operations at Appleton Coated LLC, where Ben also served as Procurement Manager and had various engineering roles from 1995 to 2012. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
