Dawa is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the hydropower sector. Dawa has held crucial roles such as Reliability Specialist at Edap Technology and currently serves as a Field Services Engineer at Voith Group, contributing to significant projects like the Snowy 2.0 pumped-storage power plant. Previous experience includes Project Manager for 4x150 MW Kholongchhu Hydro Energy Limited, overseeing various aspects of hydropower projects, and Electrical Engineer for the 6x170 MW Tala Hydroelectric Project Authority, focusing on tender documentation. Dawa has also been the Head of Centre of Excellence at Druk Green, leading condition monitoring and failure analysis initiatives, and has held leadership positions such as Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering and Planning Division.
