Frank Ehmer has extensive experience in customer support and technical management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Support Center at Voith Turbo since September 2005, where responsibilities include professional customer support, technical claim management, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. Prior to this role, Frank was a Project Manager Service at the same company, focusing on planning, scheduling service assignments, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer care. Frank's career began at Fraunhofer IAO in early 2005 as a Projekt-Ing., working on new product development and design reviews. Frank holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Allgemeiner Maschinenbau and Maschinenbau from the University of Stuttgart, completed between 1999 and 2004.
