Juergen Abraham

Dr. Juergen Abraham studied chemistry at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and University of Loughborough and completed his doctorate in nano-reinforced plastics. He joined the Voith Group in October 2006 as Project Manager Research & Development.

In 2007 he took on a leading position at Voith subsidiary SynStrand in North America for a period of three years. This was followed by other roles as Vice President New Business & Research, Senior Vice President Development Fabric & Roll Systems, and Member of the Fabric & Roll Systems Management Team.

From 2017, he was responsible for the development of e‑commerce, the service and spare parts portfolio of the Products & Services Division alongside his role as a Member of the Board of Management Products & Services.

Since April 2019, Dr. Juergen Abraham has been a Member of the Board of Management of Voith Paper. As Digital Business Officer he has been responsible for the Group Division’s internal digitization, e‑commerce and digital products. Since July 2019, he took over the position as President for the Division Products & Services and is furthermore responsible for the Digitalization at Voith Paper.
