Jun Chen has over 19 years of experience in IT and ERP management, currently serving as the ERP Manager and IT Regional Business Partner at Voith Digital Solutions (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd. since June 2008. At Voith, Jun leads the SAP and Engineering System Service team in the Regional IT Service Center and has participated in a full cycle SAP rollout project. Previous roles include serving as an SAP PP/CRM Consultant and Workflow Consultant, where responsibilities included specifying business requirements and developing workflows. Prior to Voith, Jun worked as a Technical Support Engineer at ChinaEC Kunshan Operation Center and as a Software Development Engineer at Netmarch Technology (Kunshan) Ltd. Jun holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and a Master’s degree in Computer Technology from Soochow University.
