Lea Lippmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate digital purchasing and supplier management, currently serving as Head of Corporate Digital Purchasing & Supplier Management at Voith Group since February 2016. Lippmann has held multiple leadership roles within Voith, including Head of Supplier Integration and Head of Lean Execution at Voith Paper, as well as Project Engineer for Global Operations, with a focus on operations excellence, lean management, and supply chain optimization, complemented by international experience in Kunshan, China. Prior to Voith, Lippmann gained experience in project planning as a Bachelor Student in Central Planning at Fr. Lürssen Werft GmbH & Co. KG.
