Michael Rendsburg

Michael Rendsburg serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Voith Hydro and has held multiple key leadership roles at Voith Group since May 2014, including CEO & President of Voith Paper Projects EMEA and Senior Vice President positions in both Voith Paper FRS and Global Operations/Purchasing. Rendsburg has also contributed to various supervisory boards across Voith companies and other organizations from 2015 to 2022. Prior experience includes project management at Strategy& and lean management consulting at Daimler AG, alongside a solid foundation in engineering from Porsche AG. Rendsburg's educational background spans executive education at INSEAD and a Master of Science in Automation in Manufacturing from the University of Stuttgart, complemented by an American High School Diploma from Florence Carlton High School.
