Ralf Bareiss

Ralf Bareiss is an experienced procurement and project management professional with a strong background in sourcing and purchasing within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Project Sourcing at Voith Group since June 2016, Ralf has held significant roles such as Head of Purchasing for the Rail Division at Voith Turbo and Project Manager in Corporate Strategic Purchasing at J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG, where Ralf focused on design-to-cost and project optimization initiatives. Prior experience includes a technical purchasing role at voestalpine Polynorm Group and extensive project management in large tool construction at Polynorm Grau Werkzeugsysteme. Ralf holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
