Ralf Brüger

Ralf Brüger is the Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner for Senior Executives & Organizational Governance at Voith Group, bringing over 15 years of experience in business strategy-driven HR initiatives. Previously, Ralf held leadership roles at Lidl International, where they were the Global Head of "Next Level Structure," and at BASF, overseeing global HR consultancy and strategic projects. Ralf began their career as an Army Officer in the German Federal Armed Forces, serving on NATO missions. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and a Diplom Kaufmann from Bundeswehr University Munich.
