David Cleaver

David Cleaver has extensive work experience in the field of aerospace engineering. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Senior Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Bath until December 2021. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Volant Autonomy, where they currently work.

David Cleaver began their education at King Henry VIII School in Coventry, where they studied from 1990 to 2003. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Bath. David attended the university from 2003 to 2007 and earned a Master of Engineering degree. Following their undergraduate studies, David continued their education at the University of Bath, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Fluid Dynamics. David completed their doctoral studies from 2007 to 2011.
