Rick Steeghs

Rick Steeghs is an experienced professional with a background in applied physics and financial planning. Currently serving as Penningmeester at Stichting KOZ-Events since December 2014, Rick is involved in organizing the KOZ Festival, an affordable event for youth in Deurne and surrounding areas. Previous roles include Expeditiemedewerker at Conveni B.V. and conducting a graduation internship at Volantis bv, focusing on the impact of electrification on construction and demolition processes. Additionally, Rick has experience as a consultant in clinical physics at Elkerliek ziekenhuis, examining radiation exposure among hospital staff. Rick has also worked as an all-round employee at Melkveebedrijf H en L Verbaarschot and as an instructor at Liever Buiten. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics from Fontys Hogescholen, where studies also included a minor in Financial Planning and Services, and completed HAVO education at Peelland College Deurne.
