Mike Rethage

Mike Rethage is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Uniguest since February 2014, Mike has held various senior leadership roles within the company, particularly in the senior living sector. Prior to Uniguest, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant at SDLC Partners, L.P., where leadership skills facilitated significant process improvements for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Mike's background also includes project management and procurement responsibilities for Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc., successful entrepreneurship with Wider Image LLC, a large format printing service, and founding Sound Revolution DJ, a mobile disc jockey company. Mike holds a degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing, Management, Financial Services, and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University.
