Ilya Plotnikov

Ilya Plotnikov serves as the CFO of Volaris Automotive since July 2023, focusing on the long-term success of software businesses within the automotive sector. Previously, Ilya held the position of Chief Financial Officer at incadea since April 2019 and served as Director of Finance and Senior Manager of Internal Controls Governance at Cox Automotive from 2017 to 2019. Ilya's career also includes roles at incadea as Audit Manager and at Tech Data as Lead Auditor for Europe, where significant contributions were made in areas such as risk assessment, compliance, and auditing processes. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at PwC and an Associate position at KPMG Russia. Ilya holds a Bachelor of Economics degree in International Finance from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics (1998-2003).
