Jay Hoffman

Group Leader at Volaris Group

Jay Hoffman is the current Group Leader at Volaris Group, and has over 40 years of experience in the business world. Jay got their start in 1977 as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co., where they worked for two years before moving on to Reliance Development Group in 1979. At Reliance, Jay became an Assistant VP and Project Manager, working on high-profile projects such as the Amoco Building in Denver and the Los Angeles Hilton Hotel redevelopment. In 1990, Jay left Reliance to start their own company, Gallery Systems, where they served as CEO for over 30 years. Under Jay's leadership, Gallery Systems developed The Museum System (TMS), which is now used by hundreds of museums around the world, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Smithsonian Institution, and The National Gallery of Art. Jay has also been involved in projects at Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, The State Hermitage Museum (St. Petersburg), The National Gallery (London), and Museum of Fine Arts Boston. In their current role at Volaris Group, Jay is responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide financial and operational consulting services to middle-market companies.

Jay Hoffman attended Lehigh University College of Business, where they received their BS in Business and Economics. Jay's concentration was in accounting, economics, finance, and German. Jay also attended The University of Bonn, where they studied history and literature.
