Michael Prachar

Michael Prachar has over 25 years of work experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Michael began their career in 1987 as the Owner of EFX, Inc., where they sold car stereo and alarm systems, manufactured custom speaker enclosures, and built show vehicles. In 1993, they sold their base of customers to Resource Communications, Inc. and took an operational position as the Director of Operations. Michael then moved on to InterContinental eXchange (ICX) in 1995, where they served as the Director of Operations and implemented the first callback switching platform for the company. In 1998, they joined WorldPort Communications, Inc. as the Director of Global Enhanced Services. In 2001, they formed a small team to acquire Telenational Communications, Inc. and served as the V.P. Operations. In 2006, they became the President & COO of Rapid Link, Inc. and sold the company in 2010. Michael then joined LinkSource Technologies\u00ae as the Chief Operating Officer and established and grew an IT services organization. In 2015, they joined Big Green IT as a Strategic Advisor, COO & Director of Cloud Technologies, and Senior Account Manager. Finally, in 2022 they became the Chief Operating Officer of Volato.

Michael Prachar graduated from De Anza High School in 1986 with a HS Diploma. Michael then attended the College for Recording Arts from 1987 to 1988, where they earned a Degree in Sound Engineering.
