David Kettle

David Kettle is a seasoned trader with extensive experience in the commodities market. Currently serving as a Proprietary Trader at Volcafe since October 2023, David utilizes futures, spreads, and options while leveraging the company’s research and physical information. Prior to this role, David worked at Marex Spectron as a Soft Commodities Trader from June 2015 to September 2023, achieving a consistent track record over ten years. David also held the position of Commodities Trader and Vice President at Macquarie Group from September 2008 to May 2015, managing the cocoa, coffee, and cotton OTC books and taking proprietary positions. David's educational background includes a Master of Mathematics in Operational Research, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2008, and prior education at Gravesend Grammar School.
