Van Le, CPHR, is the Head of People at Voldex, specializing in HR analytics and operations. With extensive experience in human resources, they previously served as the Global Senior Director of People at Tempo Software, overseeing HR for a globally distributed SaaS business. Van has held various leadership roles, including Director of HR at Lighthouse Labs and Newstrike Brands Ltd., where they successfully scaled workforce operations and implemented strategic HR initiatives. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia and are currently pursuing a Post-Diploma of Technology in Human Resources Management from BCIT, graduating with distinction.
