Jorge Martillo

Jorge Martillo is an experienced IT executive with a focus on cybersecurity and IT operations management. Currently serving as IT Director and Global Cybersecurity Lead at Volex since September 2022, Jorge previously held the role of Corporate Information Technology Operations & Solutions Manager at Sura from October 2016 to March 2022, where responsibility included strategizing IT operations and compliance across 9 Latin American countries. Prior to that, Jorge was the Regional Infrastructure Manager for Royal & Sun Alliance, overseeing IT infrastructures for over 3,000 users. With extensive experience starting from a Regional Systems & Network Administrator at Cotecna Inspection, Jorge has consistently implemented best practices in information security and IT governance, supporting organizations in enhancing their cybersecurity maturity and operational efficiency. Education includes credentials from the MIT Sloan School of Management and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.
