Michael Chen

Michael Chen is an accomplished engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing. Currently serving as an NPI Program Manager at Volex since October 2013, Michael has been instrumental in providing interconnect solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications and medical. Prior to Volex, Michael held positions as Project Manager at TRIDONIC, overseeing initiatives in China and coordinating with Austria, and at Marvel Entertainment, focusing on project engineering development. Earlier career roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Robotoolz and Gatehill International, where Michael specialized in manufacturing system design and continuous improvement, as well as Mechanical Engineer at Uniden, responsible for tooling approval. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanics from Chongqing University of Technology.
