Mo Wen

Mo Wen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical power product development. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Volex since December 2014, Mo specializes in managing the design, development, and qualification processes for power products for notable clients such as Tesla Motor, Aptiv, Webasto, Microsoft, Philips, and Xylem. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Financial Service Manager at AXA Life Singapore and Principal Engineer at Volex, along with a background as Product Engineer at Tyco Electronics/AMP. Mo holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Nottingham University, alongside diplomas in Business Administration and Project Management from Oklahoma City University/MDIS Singapore and PSB Academy Singapore/Cambridge International, respectively, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southwest University, China.
