Muhammad Ridwan has extensive experience in quality assurance and management within the electronics manufacturing sector. From 2019 to May 2024, Muhammad served as the EMS Quality Assurance Manager at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities included leading operational quality for EMS manufacturing and collaborating with the management team to ensure product excellence across four regions in the Industrial Automation sector. Following this role, Muhammad worked as a Quality Engineer and later as a Senior Electronic Quality Engineer at Volex, starting in April 2025. In addition, from June 2024 to December 2024, Muhammad held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at SMOORE and led the Supplier Quality Management organization, supporting two plant sites in East Java. Muhammad holds a degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
