Daniel Griffiths

Daniel Griffiths is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Section Engineer and previously as a Site Engineer at VolkerFitzpatrick Ltd since September 2020. Prior roles include working as an Independent Test Plan (ITP) Engineer at the same company from July 2017 to August 2018, contributing to significant projects such as the Hackney Wick Station Redevelopment and the West Anglia Main Line Project. Daniel's responsibilities have encompassed setting out, track monitoring, health and safety inspections, and overseeing civil works, including pile construction and ancillary surveying. Early experience as an Assistant Engineer at Network Rail involved shadowing the engineering manager and engaging in project discussions. Daniel holds an MSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2019.
