Bert de Groot

Bert de Groot has extensive experience in contract management and arbitration, currently serving as Arbiter at BCB Contractmanagement & Arbitrage since March 2024, focusing on infrastructure. Prior to this, Bert de Groot held various positions at VolkerRail, including Contractmanager and Senior Project Leader/Tender Manager, starting in January 2004. Bert de Groot's educational background includes a Law Academy degree in Procurement Law from Amsterdam University VU (2012-2013), a degree in Strategy and Organisation from the University of Amsterdam (1992-1995), and a Master of Business Administration from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven (1988-1992).
