Mark Putters

Mark Putters has extensive experience in the railway and ICT sectors, currently serving as Technicus Seinwezen PGO Amsterdam & HNK at VolkerRail since October 2016, with responsibilities including werkverantwoordelijke for NEN3140 low and medium voltage installations for ProRail. Specialized in technologies such as Siemens EBS, Alstom VPI, NX, and HimaX Emplacement security, Mark also holds multiple safety certifications. Prior roles include Head Technician for signalling at VolkerRail from 1992 to 2016 and ICT network manager at MIX724 Internet radio since 2008. Mark began his career in electrical maintenance at Pipelife and radar operations at the Ministry of Defence. Educated at ROC Horizon College with degrees in electrical engineering and technology, alongside further training at Railcenter in 2018, Mark demonstrates a strong background in elektrotechniek and technical installations.
