Mark Thwaite is currently the Head of Estimating at VolkerStevin, a position held since 2015. Previously, they served as a Principal Estimator at Laing O'Rourke from 2000 to 2015, and as an Assistant Resident Engineer with Halliburton/Brown & Root and Howard Humphreys & Partners from 1996 to 1999. Mark also worked as a Pipeline Engineer at LAING for a year in 1999. They earned a BEng in Civil Engineering from Aston University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
