Feifei Bai, P.E., S.E. is an accomplished structural engineer with extensive experience in the engineering field. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President, Texas Structures Manager, and Senior Structural Engineer at Volkert, Inc. since April 2018, Feifei has demonstrated expertise on significant infrastructure projects, including the Texas State Highway (SH288) Toll Road project during tenure at Stantec from May 2017 to April 2018.
