Jason Goffinet, R.E.P.A., is an experienced environmental planning and NEPA manager with over 25 years in the field, currently serving at Volkert, Inc. since May 2005. Goffinet's role includes the preparation of environmental documents such as Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, and feasibility studies for transportation projects in compliance with NEPA. Previously, Goffinet held positions as Senior Project Manager at CTE/AECOM, managing environmental documentation for various projects, and as an environmental scientist carrying out assessments in New Orleans and Nashville. Goffinet holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Environmental Sciences from Ohio Northern University.
