Kelli Muddle

Kelli Muddle is a Senior PD&E Transportation Planner at Volkert, Inc., where they specialize in the development and analysis of corridor alternatives and PD&E technical reports. With over 18 years of experience, they utilize tools such as the Florida Department of Transportation's SWEPT system and are skilled in GIS mapping, public engagement coordination, and project management. Previously, Kelli worked as a Project Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP USA) and held roles in environmental and ecological studies, including an EcoTour Leader position with the Caribbean Conservation Corporation.
