Stephen Rapp

Stephen Rapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stephen has held positions in finance, business development, and consulting. Their most recent role is as the CFO of Volotea since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the CEO Peru and CFO & Deputy CEO at Viva Air, where they played a crucial role in revenue growth and strategic planning. Stephen also worked for Viva Latinamerica, where they were involved in business development and the launch of Viva Air Peru. Stephen's earlier experiences include working as a consultant at Worldwide Aero Consulting, as well as holding managerial positions at Vueling Airlines, Egg, and Cable & Wireless. Overall, they bring a wealth of expertise in finance, aviation, and business development to their current and previous roles.

Stephen Rapp obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
