Jules B. is a Senior Product and UX Designer currently working with Lunit Cancer Screening and Volpara Health, and serving as a Product & UX/UI Design Mentor at adplist.org. With extensive experience in leading UX workshops, conducting user research, and developing user journey maps, Jules has previously held positions at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand, Best Practice Software, Totara Learning, and ParkHelp, focusing on human-centered design and collaboration across various teams. Jules holds multiple degrees, including a Postgraduate degree in Media Studies from Massey University and a Bachelor of Media Design from IHK in Cologne, along with ongoing educational pursuits in design leadership and UX research.
