Andrew Keene

Andrew Keene started their work experience in 1998 at LogicaCMG, where they managed a team of developers and was responsible for the Mediation, Provisioning, and Calls Rating modules of the CMG Customer Care and Billing System. Andrew then joined Vodafone Ireland in 2003 as a Mediation and Provisioning Developer, leading a team and overseeing the technical architecture and design of Mediation and Provisioning solutions. In 2007, they transferred to IBM Application Services as a Billing Architect, where they assessed project complexity, reviewed technical analysis and design documentation, and led the Mediation and Provisioning aspects of billing replacement programs. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Openet as a Director of Product Management, where they turned a dormant Charging product into one of the most strategically valuable products through market analysis and customer workshops. Andrew then joined MATRIXX Software in 2019 as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on cloud-native architecture and real-time charging solutions. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Product Management at VoltDB, Inc., starting in 2021.

Andrew Keene obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Product Management from Technological University Dublin, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, attending from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in 5G Architecture and Protocols Training Course from WRAY CASTLE LIMITED in September 2020.
