John Wiebe

John Wiebe has a significant amount of work experience in the software engineering and data engineering fields. John started their career in 1997 at Avaya and Lucent Technologies as a Senior Automation Engineer, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they served as a System Integration and Automation Engineer at Quarry Technologies. John then joined Airvana as a Principal Software Engineer from 2004 to 2011. During this time, they gained expertise in data mining software engineering while working at KAYAK from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, John worked as a Data Engineer at Kwicr and then transitioned to a Software Development Engineer in Test role at VoltDB, where they currently work.

John Wiebe attended Shelby High School from 1986 to 1990. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1990 to 1996. During their time at the institute, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Biomedical Engineering.
