Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith has over 20 years of professional work experience in the fields of design, development, and UX. Patrick began their career in 2001 as a Graphic Designer for Trinity One. In 2003, they joined Juuce Interactive as a Graphic Designer and Website Developer. In 2004, they took on the role of Website Developer for OTIS Elevator Company, Australasia. Patrick then worked as a Lead Graphic Designer for Silver Star Mountain Resort from 2004 to 2008, and as a Graphic Designer for Sun Peaks Resort in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Head of Design & UX for Alpari UK. During this time, they also worked as a Senior Digital Creative & UI/UX Developer for Mòrgij Analytics. From 2012 to 2017, Patrick was the Head of Design & UX for Australian Mortgage. In 2021, they became the Design & Experience Lead - Lending Platform for Volt Bank.

Patrick Smith began their educational journey in 1998 when they attended the University of Wollongong and studied Computer Science. From 2000 to 2001, they attended the Sydney Institute and studied Graphic Design & Website Development. Patrick then obtained an Interactive Digital Media degree from the Sydney Institute in 2001. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
