Omar Naveed

Omar Naveed has been working in the Quality Assurance field since 2018. In that time, they have held roles at Oracle, Freedom Mortgage, AMP™ Lighting, and VOLT™ Lighting. At Oracle, they served as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they contributed to project success and quality by creating and maintaining automated tests. At Freedom Mortgage, they were a Quality Assurance Test Lead, where they coordinated audits, financial forecasting, staffing of resources, and client delivery reporting with both on-shore/off-shore resources. At AMP™ Lighting, they were a Quality Assurance Manager. Finally, at VOLT™ Lighting, they are a Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for running various tests on new software products to ensure that the programs satisfy all specifications and requirements, writing and executing functional/non-functional test cases and reporting results, and working with software developers to correct any issues and run additional tests to confirm resolution.

Omar Naveed has obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science - BS in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, an Associate of Arts - AA in Business Administration from Broward College, and an Associate of Science - AS from Keiser University.
