Kübra Y.

Kübra Y. has worked in various roles since 2011. Kübra began as an Intern at Mengerler Ticaret Türk A.Ş. İstanbul in 2011. In 2016, they became a Cost Account Specialist at Kilim Group. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Customer Relations Specialist at Mutlubiev, Customer Support Specialist at PayALL, and Customer Services and Operations Specialist at Norma. Currently, they are an Account Operations Associate at Volt Lines (Nasdaq: Swvl).

Kübra Y. completed their Önlisans degree in Foreign Trade from Fatih University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Önlisans degree in Prep School from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2013. In 2021, they began their Lisans degree in International Trade and Logistics at Anadolu University, which they are currently enrolled in. Kübra has also obtained certifications in Sunum Tasarımı ve Veri Görselleştirme from Proludus in 2022, Müşteri Deneyimi from MERIT Yönetim ve Eğitim Danışmanlığı A.Ş. in 2019, Body Language, Diction, and Effective Communication from Rodos Grup in 2016.
