Suat Eresen

Suat Eresen has held a variety of operational roles since 2014. Suat began their career as an Operations Support at Pozitif 7/24 Canlı Destek Hizmetleri in 2014. In 2016, they moved to KapGel as an Operations Support Specialist, where they helped customers with their problems, followed operational issues, and stayed in touch with business partners. In 2018, they joined Scotty as a Logistics Operations Specialist, where they organized daily logistics operations of more than 1000+ motorcycle couriers and optimized route plans. Suat also had responsibility for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of fleets, as well as tracking, compiling, analyzing, and reporting Scotty Courier data. In 2020, they moved to Hepsiburada as an Operations Specialist @HX, where they led the Hepsiexpress Control Tower crew at instant delivery. Suat also utilized technology and used multiple software systems to ensure the best service for customers, as well as communicating with drivers for the fastest and most efficient grocery delivery service. Currently, they are a Live Operations Executive at Volt Lines (Nasdaq: Swvl).

Suat Eresen attended Anadolu University from 2013 to present, where they earned a Lisans Derecesi in the field of Maliy.
