Wouter Limmen

Wouter Limmen has senior experience in various aspects of HR, serving as an HR business partner and interim manager in multiple organizations, including governmental bodies, NGOs, and the private sector. Currently, Wouter provides HR assignments through KeyZen while also teaching Zen philosophy and meditation in Bilthoven. With expertise in strategic HR management, transition processes, and employee performance improvement, Wouter has held significant roles at organizations such as Oxfam Novib and Greenpeace. Wouter is also actively involved in various advisory roles and initiatives focused on societal impact and circular economy.
