Miles Cox is the Chief Operating Officer at Choose Volta, a role they began in 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Services at DMD Data Systems Inc. from 2013 to 2017, continuing in the same position after the company rebranded as Volta Technologies in 2017. Miles also worked as a Bookseller and IT Specialist at Barnes & Noble College Booksellers from 2006 to 2008. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 2020, having previously received a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from the same institution in 2009.
