Stephan Boutenko

Mr. Boutenko is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Aeronautical Engineer, Certified Flight Instructor and commercial pilot with MEI, MEL and ASEL. Mr. Boutenko founded Alternair and has worked over seventeen years with Boeing, Lancair, and multiple design & avionics companies.
