Min Pang

Min Pang is currently employed as the Sole Counsel at Voltage, LLC, starting in August 2023. Prior to this role, Min worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at LianLian from September 2021 to June 2023. Min also has experience as an Associate at White & Case LLP, where they advised clients on bank finance and general corporate matters. Additionally, Min has worked as a Legal Consultant at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, providing counsel on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Min holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Min also holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
